ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By contracting the services offered by McKinsey Medica S.R.L. (hereinafter “McKinsey”), the Client agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions, as well as any applicable regulations related to the requested regulatory service.

• Client: Individual or legal entity that contracts McKinsey’s services.
• Services: Refers to any of the services provided by McKinsey.
  
  

SERVICES PROVIDED

McKinsey undertakes to provide the regulatory services specified in the contract signed by both parties. The services include, but are not limited to, regulatory services consulting, health registrations, license holder, drugstore creation, storage and distribution, legal advice, certifications, and any other service described in the proposal presented to the client; about this:

• The Sanitary Registration is based on the following regulations: “The Sanitary Registration of sanitary products is granted by common name, risk classification, manufacturer, place of manufacture, group of products (set, kit, family, system) and/or trademark”.
• The health authority may divide the Sanitary Registration file according to the criteria and evaluation carried out in the registration process.
• The ownership service provided by McKinsey does not include the provision of Sanitary Registration Certificate and/or Transfer services or customs procedures.
• McKinsey does not subsidize the payment of services.
• McKinsey does not subsidize the payment of national fees, taxes, customs taxes.
  
  

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all the information and documentation necessary for the correct provision of services.
• Guarantee that the information provided is true, complete and up to date.
• Comply with all obligations that may arise from the recommendations and advice provided by the Company.
• Pay the corresponding fees in the established terms.
  
  

CONFIDENTIALITY

McKinsey is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all Client information by signing a confidentiality agreement, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or by a competent regulatory authority. Confidentiality will continue after the completion of the services.

MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS

McKinsey reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of this site after any modification will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, images and other materials on the website or provided by McKinsey are protected by intellectual property rights and are the exclusive property of McKinsey. You are not granted any right or license to use any content without our express written permission.
